Ticket Frequently Asked Questions
Tickets for the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix are mobile only. They are available via ACCOUNT MANAGER. You can use your email address associated with your tickets to log into your account. If you need help accessing your tickets, please refer to the MOBILE TICKET INFO PAGE on our website. If you do not have a smart phone or need assistance, please visit Ticket Services on race weekend.
All tickets can be purchased through the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix website, including single-day tickets, weekend passes, and add-ons.
Verified resale tickets are fan-to-fan ticket sales. If one fan has purchased tickets and cannot attend a particular event, they can post that ticket for resale on the Ticketmaster marketplace. These tickets are verified by Ticketmaster as valid tickets to the race. BMMCGP and Ticketmaster DO NOT control the price of any verified resale ticket.
Yes, children 12 and under are eligible for junior tickets
in the grandstands
. THEY ARE FREE FOR SATURDAY RACES, AND COST $10 PER TICKET FOR SUNDAY
OR WEEKEND TICKETS
. Junior tickets are subject to availability and
are
not offered in every section.
Hospitality areas do not have a junior price. Children 3 and under are free if they do not
require
a seat.

Fans can
purchase
up to 10 tickets online. Groups of 10 or more should contact the Ticket Office by email at TICKETS@MUSICCITYGP.COM or by calling 866-RACE-TIX to review seating options with a ticketing representative.

Neither the NTT INDYCAR SERIES nor INDY NXT presented by Firestone runs in the rain on oval track like Nashville Superspeedway. If inclement weather forces a cancellation of a specific day’s activities, tickets for that specific day will not be valid on any other date. If the event or any portion of the event is postponed, ticketholders should retain their tickets as they will be honored for gate admission on the postponed date. Suite and hospitality tickets are valid only for the date printed on the ticket and will not be valid for gate admission or grant access to a suite or hospitality area on a postponed date.
